Manchester

Manchester is home to three Universities - The University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and the Royal Northern College of Music - and over 75,000 students. All three institutions sit to the south of the City Centre and as such this is the area in which most students live. Fallowfield is the epicentre of Manchester’s student population and over 50% of its residents study at one of the three Universities.

We created the first Cribs in Manchester in 2011. We have three houses on Cawdor Road, one on Amherst Road and a block of four large flats on Ladybarn Road – all great locations in the centre of Fallowfield. All of the houses were refurbished to the usual Student Cribs standard in July and August 2011. We look forward to buying more properties in Manchester in 2012 and intend to expand our portfolio in both Fallowfield and the City Centre.
