To date, Student Cribs has over 900 properties (over 4,900 beds) in 24 cities. Student Cribs requires candidates to join their Investment Team and be at the forefront of ongoing portfolio expansion. Student Cribs finds, buys, refurbishes, lets, and manages high quality student houses and flats on behalf of its investors. The whole process is managed in-house to ensure high brand standards across the portfolio with a focus on customer service and tenant enjoyment. We have a significant amount of investment to fuel future fast growth, which will enable Student Cribs to continue to be the primary national brand giving second and third year students a safe, reliable, and exciting choice when renting their first home.
Junior Analyst Responsibilities:
Overseeing appraisals for our sector leading acquisitions programme, (currently targeting £200m of investment p.a.)
Management of ongoing acquisitions, working with our solicitors and surveyors.
Research and comparable analysis.
Forecast modelling (up to 5 years)
Creation of content for board meeting packs
Review of quarterly reports from public companies in sector
Overseeing valuation inspections
Creation and development of long term cashflow forecasts
Research and analyse statistics from Good University guides
Element of financial planning and analysis across property portfolio
Junior Analyst Requirements:
We are searching for a numerate and articulate candidate with excellent Excel skills
Able to multi-task and deliver on time
Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and employees across the organisation
Understanding of data models and data manipulation
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Further Details:
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Location: Piccadilly Circus – 2 minutes from the station. Some travel required
