The user confirms that the terms and conditions and use of this website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and that any and all disputes arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Student Cribs respect and value the security and privacy of those of its contacts. Student Cribs follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information in order to prevent unauthorised access. Personal Data is held on our contacts and administration database either because of work we have undertaken or are currently engaged in, or because we believe that our contacts may be interested in receiving material from us about our business and services. Student Cribs does not sell, rent or deal in the personal information we hold. We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site. We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Customer complaints procedure
We always love hearing from our customers, whether it’s feedback about what we’re doing, a suggestion of how we can make things better or even if you just simply want to chat, we want to hear from you. We put customer service and commitment to our customers at the heart of what we do. We strive to get it right, first time, every time. But occasionally, things don't go as planned. If this happens we’d really like your feedback as not only does it allow us to explain and apologise to you, it also helps us to improve our products and service. If for whatever reason you're not happy with the service you receive from Student Cribs - you can raise a complaint with our team.
Most complaints can be dealt with by our front line teams e.g. your Crib Manager or Lettings Manager and they will do their best to resolve the matter quickly, to your satisfaction. If you think your complaint has not been fully resolved then fill in our online feedback form or write to our Customer Relations department at the following addresses.

For your complaint to be properly registered please provide us with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your property address
- Your preferred contact details; email, phone number or land address
- Details of the complaint along with the names of any of our staff you spoke to at the time or whom you have been dealing with.
If you e mail us you will receive an automated acknowledgement and if you write to us at the above addresses we will post you an acknowledgement letter within 7 days of receipt.All complaints are logged into our database and allocated to a senior manager who will investigate and subsequently respond to you either by phone, e mail or letter no later than 28 days after you have received your acknowledgement. Because of data protection rules and our own commitment to the confidentiality of personal details we can communicate only with named tenant or guarantor whose name appears on the tenancy agreement or their appointed representative upon receipt of written permission
Equality & Diversity
Student Cribs are dedicated to providing an excellent service and treating people fairly. This policy is about promoting positive attitudes towards equality and diversity and to ensure that everyone living in a Student Crib is treated fairly and with dignity and respect. This policy aims to ensure that no prospective or existing student shall receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of age, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origins, disability, HIV status, sexual orientation, gender, marital or parental status, gender re-assignment, religious belief or non-belief, political belief or social or economic class, pregnancy and maternity or any other basis that cannot be shown to be properly justifiable.
Student Cribs will ensure that its policies, procedures and practices comply with current equality legislation according to The Equality Act (2010). We ask tenants to adhere to this policy to ensure that an inclusive environment is fostered during their tenancy.
