Key responsibilities

– Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to deliver cost efficiencies

– Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts.

– Develop and manage the procurement budget.

– Oversee inventory levels and implement tracking systems.

– Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals

– Assess and mitigate procurement-related risks.

– Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement needs.

– Promote sustainable procurement practices and source responsible products

– Support the operations team on personal development, identifying growth areas of the team and the leads in line with business trajectory.

– Provide training and development opportunities for team members

– Identify key opportunities within existing teams for process development assist Senior Leadership in managing change and development across the business.

– Managing the impact of business change on different teams and mitigating change resistance.

 Experience & skills

– 1+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role.

– Strong teamworking skills, the ability to motivate others, and to work independently and self-motivate.

– Experience working effectively alongside teams in a cross-functional setting.

– Experience providing sound and objective recommendations to Senior Leadership with the ability to build trust quickly.

– Excellent communication skills both written and oral with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

– Data informed decision making

– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

– Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Must have exceptionally strong Excel ability

– Proactive approach and able to work on own initiative at pace

– Must understand that confidentiality is a key aspect of this role

Remuneration & Benefits

Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday

Location: Oxford Circus

Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Salary: Competitive plus 20% discretionary bonus
