• Furniture damage from improper use (e.g. left outside): Charged at the reasonable cost required to remedy the breach, capped at 1/3 of the total contractor invoice;
• Pest control due to uncleanliness (x3 visits): Charged at the reasonable cost of treatment based on actual contractor costs;
• Unpaid rent: Interest charged at 3% per annum over the Bank of England base rate on any rent owed that is more than 14 days late.
