This student house is in a great location, situated only a short walk away from the Durham University campus and the city centre. This Crib is modern with an industrial twist. The student house has a great open plan kitchen, dining and living area which opens onto a large garden. There are 6 bedrooms to choose from and two spacious bathrooms. This Crib also has parking for two cars. In less than 20 minutes you’ll be walking into your lecture at Durham University, and an easy 10 minute walk will bring you to Durham Station, great if you want to head to Newcastle for a trip with friends as its only 15 minutes on the train! With a Sainsbury’s and Tesco within 12 minutes, you’re never far away from food. Cross the Framwell gate Bridge where you’ll find yourself in Durham’s shopping district (13 minutes), where everything you could possibly want is available; whether that be a Bella Italia, Zizzi, Bill’s or a cheeky Nando’s.
