This student house is in an ideal location for every Durham student, situated close to both the University campus and the city centre. Each of the 7 bedrooms has a double bed and there is a kitchen utility room and a dining room to create optimum space for all seven tenants. There are four bathrooms in the property and the rooms are spaced out across four floors. In less than 20 minutes you’ll be walking into your lecture at Durham University, and an easy 9 minute walk will bring you to Durham Station, great if you want to head to Newcastle for a trip with friends as its only 15 minutes on the train! With a Sainsbury’s and Tesco within 9 minutes, you’re never far away from food. Cross the Framwellgate Bridge where you’ll find yourself in Durham’s shopping district (10 minutes), where everything you could possibly want is available; whether that be a Bella Italia, Zizzi, Bill’s or a cheeky Nando’s. A 12 minute walk (or 9 minute bus ride) will bring you to Loveshack, a popular student night out.
