Situated just a short distance from both the Durham University campus and the city centre, this student house is in a perfect location. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, a desk with a chair and storage space for all of your belongings. The spacious living area with a comfy sofa and flat screen tv also has a dining area, perfect for group dinners. There is one bathroom and WiFi all throughout the house. In less than 20 minutes you’ll be walking into your lecture at Durham University, and an easy 10 minute walk will bring you to Durham Station, great if you want to head to Newcastle for a trip with friends as its only 15 minutes on the train! With a Sainsbury’s and Tesco within 12 minutes, you’re never far away from food. Cross the Framwellgate Bridge where you’ll find yourself in Durham’s shopping district (13 minutes), where everything you could possibly want is available; whether that be a Bella Italia, Zizzi, Bill’s or a cheeky Nando’s.
