Each of the 8 bedrooms has a double bed, desk and storage space and the spacious kitchen area is spacious and open plan with a dining area leading into a great living room with a flat screen TV and wrap-around sofas. In less than 20 minutes you’ll be walking into your lecture at Durham University, and an easy 9 minute walk will bring you to Durham Station, great if you want to head to Newcastle for a trip with friends as its only 15 minutes on the train! With a Sainsbury’s and Tesco within 13 minutes, you’re never far away from food, a must have for those all nighters. Cross the Framwellgate Bridge where you’ll find yourself in Durham’s shopping district (12 minutes), where everything you could possibly want is available; whether that be a Bella Italia, Zizzi, Bill’s or a cheeky Nando’s.
