Property information

The student house is fully furnished and located just a short distance away from both the city centre and the Durham University campus. The open plan living and dining area is spacious and bright, with a flat screen tv and broadband WiFi. Each of the five bedrooms has a double bed and a television as well as a desk with a chair and lots of storage space. There are two bathrooms and the rooms are spread out across three floors. In less than 20 minutes you’ll be walking into your lecture at Durham University, and an easy 9 minute walk will bring you to Durham Station, great if you want to head to Newcastle for a trip with friends as its only 15 minutes on the train! With a Sainsbury’s and Tesco within 12 minutes, you’re never far away from food. Cross the Framwellgate Bridge where you’ll find yourself in Durham’s shopping district (13 minutes), where everything you could possibly want is available; whether that be a Bella Italia, Zizzi, Bill’s or a cheeky Nando’s.
