Only 13 minutes from University of Exeter, you really won’t have any excuse to miss lectures; meanwhile St James Park Station is only 9 minutes which can take you to Exeter Central Station in just 4 minutes. In a 5 minute walk, you’ll arrive at Exeter’s city centre, great if you feel like grabbing a Wagamama’s or Yo! Sushi, whichever suits your fancy. Tesco and Waitrose are a short walk away (9 minutes and 15 minutes) and Odeon Cinema just 8 minutes down the road. Enjoy student nights at Arena Nightclub at just a 8 minute walk with a KFC on the way, perfect!
