11 Balfour Road is one of our Student Cribs in Nottingham, located in between Arboretum and Lenton. This huge 6 bedroom house boasts a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for communal student living. The fully equipped kitchen has two giant fridge freezers and all modern appliances and leads into the dining area at the back of the house, with big windows making the whole area very bright. The lounge fills the centre of the house and comes furnished with comfy sofas and a flat screen television. Each of the 6 double bedrooms also comes fully furnished with a desk and chair and plenty of storage space. In terms of location, Balfour road is located in a very popular student area. With the Sainsbury’s local just down the road and TOAST café and Deli close by, living here you’ll definitely never be short of food. The city centre is located just a 15 minute bus ride away from Balfour road, with all its local amenities, so you’ll never be short of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and clubs to visit!Getting to campus from Balfour road takes no time at all. For Nottingham Trent students, campus is literally on your doorstep, just a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride and for University of Nottingham students, campus is a ten minute bus ride as well.
