The living room and the kitchen are both very spacious, perfect for student living, somewhere you can catch up with your housemates while you cook or relax with friends on the comfy sofas in the lounge. Manners Road is extremely popular amongst students because it is only a short walk away from Portsmouth University campus, the University bus service is also located close by, for those cold mornings when you don’t feel like walking. There is a 24 hour Asda close by as well as other cafes and shops local to the Southsea area, and the city centre is also just a short (15 minute) walk away.
