The Role
As our Portfolio Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do — working across lettings, property management & customer service to hit rent income targets, keep our properties looking their best, and bring new acquisitions seamlessly into the business. You’ll manage our ambassador and agent network, lead the annual tenant handover each summer, and make sure we’re always compliant and operationally on point. Add in some market research, digital process rollouts, and keeping on top of escalated issues — and no two days will ever look the same.
Key Responsibilities
– Working across lettings, property management & customer service to keep the portfolio running smoothly
– Hitting (and exceeding) rent income and expenditure targets
– Making sure our properties always look & feel their best
– Managing our ambassador and agent network to smash letting & financial goals
– Leading the annual tenant handover each summer
– Keeping us compliant, operationally sharp & ahead of the curve on market activity
– Supporting the rollout of new digital processes & resolving escalated issues quickly
Role Requirements
– Excellent organisation & time management skills
– Great team working skills – able to work well with a wide range of people
– Strong budget management credentials & accountability
– Confident, particularly when talking on the phone
– Can adapt to new tasks on a daily basis
– Committed to providing excellent level of customer service from initial contact through to tenancy end
– Able to manage multiple projects running concurrently
– Strong HMO and/or PBSA sector experience

– Full time, permanent contract – immediate start date available
– Location: Central London HQ
– Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
– Discretionary performance-based bonus of up to 25% (from year 1)
– Hours: 09:00am to 18:00 Monday to Friday with the ability to work some weekends where required (especially during mid-June and mid-August).
