Unfortunately, a very small number of our approximately 4,000 tenants each year do have experiences that fall below expectations. Our team work tirelessly to identify areas where we can improve, with tenants invited to share feedback at the start, middle and end of their tenancy which is quickly acted on, while a bespoke Portal application allows tenants to instantly report maintenance issues, check for job updates and speak to their Property Manager in real time via live chat. This ensures tenants can quickly and easily notify our team and on-site Maintenance Managers of any issues that do arise, and resolve these rapidly with minimal disruption to their schedules. The renting process was really easy. The location of the house is also really good, and close to uni, the library, all my friends and any social areas.
The houses were clearly recently furnished and cleaned. I’ve been a tenant of Student Cribs for a couple of years now, and I’ve been further impressed by the conditions of the house, the student portal and how fast maintenance comes if it is needed.
Well worth the money. I am currently living in my second Student Cribs house. The decor is modern and homey. Any issues that arise can be flagged up easily to the team by the portal and are dealt with very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
